Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage audits, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and maintain alignment with legal and regulatory standards.

This includes conducting regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective action plans to mitigate risks as needed.

The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to social, environmental, and other requirements.

A key responsibility is preparing compliance reports for management, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders, while maintaining accurate records of compliance activities and audits.

1. Regulatory Compliance Expertise: A strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
2. Excellent Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Technical Proficiency: Competent user of Microsoft Excel and Word.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position.
