Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant / BDO (Online) - REMOTE

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the CEO in managing administrative tasks, enhancing personal social media interaction, conducting online research, generating leads, and building a business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing the director's Social Media Accounts.
  2. Handling correspondence, ensuring messages are relayed promptly.
  3. Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  4. Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  5. Generating leads to gain potential customers.
  6. Assisting with financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  7. Conducting research and compiling information for various projects.
  8. Providing general clerical support.
  9. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English: both spoken and written, at a professional level is required. (Interview will be in English)
  • Organizational & Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple tasks, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
  • Tech-Savvy & Research Abilities: Proficient in MS Office, social media tools, and conducting online research.
  • Lead Generation & Social Media Management: Experience in generating leads and managing social media accounts to boost engagement.
  • Problem-Solving & Flexibility: Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing demands and handle personal tasks discreetly, and perform any tasks as needed.
