Audio and Speech Generative Model Specialist

As a research engineer, you will work on developing advanced technology and solutions for mobile phones, headsets, IoT devices, and cloud outlets.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Innovative Algorithm Development: Design and develop innovative machine learning algorithms for audio and speech generative models to achieve state-of-the-art performance in audio/NLP applications.
- Multi-Modality Feature Combination: Combine features from multi-modalities such as video, audio, sensors, and location to create sophisticated solutions.
- Solution Demonstration and Commercialization: Demonstrate solutions to technical and business audiences, then work with commercialization teams to deploy solutions on Qualcomm platforms and customer devices.
Key Requirements:
- R&D experience with audio and speech generative networks, synthesis, restoration, and TTS models.
- Familiarity with recent ML trends (diffusion models, U-Nets, Transformers, BERT, BART) and traditional statistical techniques.
About the Role:
- At least 2 years of R&D experience in computer vision, image, NLP, or multimodal applications in academia or industry.
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
