Xcentric Services is seeking a Strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and drive business success.

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies, systems, and processes that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated into the team efficiently.
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties to support the HR function.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness among employees.
  • Creating clear and concise reports to track HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefits program to attract and retain top talent.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations to communicate HR initiatives and results.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures in accordance with company policies and laws.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Led a team of juniors in the HR department to provide guidance and support.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a software house.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
