Xcentric Services is seeking a Strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and drive business success.
Job Description:This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies, systems, and processes that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated into the team efficiently.
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties to support the HR function.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness among employees.
- Creating clear and concise reports to track HR metrics and key performance indicators.
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintaining pay plan and benefits program to attract and retain top talent.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations to communicate HR initiatives and results.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures in accordance with company policies and laws.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Led a team of juniors in the HR department to provide guidance and support.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a software house.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
