**Job Overview:**

Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer for our .Net team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business requirements to estimate tasks and inform technical decisions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  2. Write high-quality code and unit tests, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  4. Tune code for enhanced security and performance, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  5. Maintain systems by resolving existing issues and updating issue tracking software, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  6. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, delivering timely and accurate results.
  8. Control versioning of code and research new technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  9. Lead a team of software engineers, mentoring them through training and guidance, promoting growth and professional development.

Requirements:

  1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in computer science principles.
  2. Have 3-7 years of experience in professional industry with related expertise, showcasing a track record of success and achievement.
  3. Possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, and Web API.
  4. Be well-versed in Azure, AWS, and backend component development, with a deep understanding of cloud-based infrastructure.
  5. Understand security standards and compliances, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and applications.
  6. Experience working with relational and schemaless databases like Oracle/SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, with a focus on database design and optimization.
  7. Ability to create database structures and write unit tests with high test coverage, ensuring robust and reliable code.
  8. Knowledge of collaboration tools like Github, JIRA, and basic front-end technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  9. Flexible attitude, versatile personality, and strong presentation skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
