Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires creativity, technical expertise and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing e-learning courses using Articulate Rise360 and other tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, learner-centered content that meets the needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses using Articulate Rise360.
  • Create graphics, visuals and videos to increase engagement.
  • Optimize course frameworks to meet content and learner needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content.
  • Ensure quality standards and learner-first design in all deliverables.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to craft effective learning materials.
  • Develop assessments, quizzes and knowledge checks to measure learning outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Instructional Design or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
  • Strong expertise in Articulate Rise360, Canva and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory.
  • Ability to transform technical or complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools is a plus.
