Lead Creative Visual Designer

We're at an exciting stage of our business, having grown significantly year-over-year. Our ambition is to scale our existing business and broaden our product suite.
Key Responsibilities:- Turn campaign ideas into compelling visual stories for social media and landing pages.
- Design pages using reusable layouts and tools like Figma, Webflow, and Instapage.
- Create engaging ad designs for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Use good layout, color, and typography to make things clean and effective.
- Build and improve design systems, templates, and reusable assets.
- Support social content and campaigns.
- Make internal decks and graphics with visible results.
- Work with developers and marketing teams to move fast and make things better.
- Strong skills in Figma—layouts, components, variants, libraries.
- 3–5 years of experience in creative or marketing design.
- A portfolio that shows ads and pages that performed well.
- Understanding of what makes a design convert—page flow, CTAs, layout logic.
- Creative eye and sharp attention to detail.
- Experience with design tools like Framer, Webflow, Instapage, or HubSpot CMS.
- Easy to work with across teams—especially performance and content.
- Self-starter who can manage timelines and get work done without constant direction.
