Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting administrative and operational tasks, including customer service and correspondence management, organization and archiving of documents, and assistance in projects and various activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Administrative Support: Provide support in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to their queries.
    • Organization and Archiving: Organize and maintain documents, both physical and digital, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
    • Project Assistance: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, both large and small.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be a quick learner, and be willing to take on new challenges. Basic computer skills are also desirable.

    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
    • Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines is crucial.
