We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Outlet Assistant Manager to contribute to the success of our retail business. As a key player in the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient processes, and a positive shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Team Supervision: Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to supervise and motivate a team of retail associates, focusing on achieving sales targets and maintaining high operational standards.
  2. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all customers receive a welcoming and personalized shopping experience, addressing inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
  3. Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating with the Warehouse team for replenishment.
  5. Visual Display: Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure effective product presentation and display, maintaining visual standards on the shop floor.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in retail management or a related field being an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service, ability to resolve customer issues.
