Seeking a talented professional to assume a key role in our organization. We are looking for an experienced Scheme Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of external audits and compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate audit activities to ensure they are conducted according to ISO 17021 standards and accreditation body procedures.
  2. Provide assistance with scheme-related matters to international offices as needed, particularly regarding audit activities in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
  3. Maintain adherence to PNAC, ESYD, and Cert procedures, guaranteeing seamless execution of external audits and compliance audits.
  4. Verify that all audit reports are received in accordance with accreditation body rules and auditing SOPs 1-17.
  5. Analyze audit reports, surveillance reports, and audit packs to confirm that all requirements are met before issuing certificates.
  6. Ensure timely processing and issuance of certificates.
  7. Authorize ATJF from Hellas, Cert, and PNAC, ensuring the coordination department selects appropriate Lead auditor/audit team for initial and surveillance audits, including Technical Experts and accurate calculation of man-days.
  8. Take corrective actions while making decisions about certificate issuance, re-audits, and surveillance audits.
  9. Host quarterly meetings for auditor/calibration expert calibration.
  10. Perform quarterly internal audits of the entire system, including the scheme.
  11. Submit monthly or quarterly reports to the corporate office.
  12. Respond promptly to all queries related to the scheme department.
  13. Develop and train a successor for the Scheme.
  14. Ensure adherence to TUVAT BIC's policies and procedures.
