Remote E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for e-commerce? We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Shopify storefront. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

  • Optimize Product Descriptions: Ensure all product listings across Shopify are clear and conversion-focused.

  • Review and Rectify Website Issues: Conduct regular reviews of the website to identify and correct errors or outdated information.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues.

  • Customer Review Response: Respond to customer reviews posted on Shopify to maintain brand trust and engagement.

  • Visual Content Update: Update visual content including website banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.

  • Vendor Liaison: Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or Shopify-related role.

  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce tools, highly organized and self-sufficient with excellent time management skills, strong written communication skills, and attention to detail.
