Data Entry Clerk Job Description

    In this key role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently capturing data within the Management Information System. The primary focus is on adherence to established protocols and targets.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Recording regular data entry in the Management Information System according to stipulated targets and timeframes, ensuring accurate reporting on prescribed formats and timely submission.
  • Entering and updating client records electronically daily within the Management Information System.
  • Adhering to necessary data entry protocols while computerizing service delivery data and registration data.
  • Thoroughly checking records to prevent duplication of data during client registration.
  • Generating periodic reports as per project requirements.
  • Providing routine support for IT requirements at the project site office.
