Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update pricing information across multiple systems with precision.
  • Ensure consistency of pricing data across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate pricing information.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes within the team.
  • Research and recommend process automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Document processes and updates to ensure transparency.
  • Leverage Excel for data analysis, including formulas and visualizations.
  • Apply analytical skills to interpret data and deliver insights.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, managing tasks and priorities.
  • Organize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in pricing, rates management, or automation roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to conceptualize numerical data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and strategies for process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
