Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of vehicles by conducting thorough inspections and diagnosing issues.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform comprehensive vehicle examinations to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient work procedures and achieve business goals.
  4. Conduct labor time estimates to optimize vehicle maintenance and minimize downtime.
  5. Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  6. Evaluate the overall structure of a vehicle's body and frame to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and systems to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
  1. Possess a matriculation or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  2. Diploma or B-Tech in Automobile is preferred but not mandatory.
  3. A minimum of five years' experience in the same field is essential.
  4. Overseas experience is strongly desired, but not required.
  5. Minimum three years' experience in an authorized dealership is a plus.
