User Experience (UX) Design Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing the user experience and user interface for our web and mobile applications.

About This Opportunity

This position is ideal for an experienced UX Designer who can demonstrate enthusiasm for providing innovative solutions to UI/UX design challenges while staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in UX design and UI technology.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create innovative product designs in collaboration with product owners, partners, and developers to understand business requests, desired outcomes, and create innovative product visions.
  2. Understand customers and their needs through market analysis, customer research, and feedback.
  3. Use business requirements to assist in developing use cases and high-level requirements.
  4. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  5. Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences.
  6. Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
  7. Facilitate the design process, present and iterate design solutions.
  8. Research and conduct informal testing to validate design directions.
  9. Collaborate with product team members to design solutions for complex problems.
  10. Presentation of designs to stakeholders and product owners.
  11. Contribution to improving design team tools and processes.
  12. Ability to create and present long-term design strategies.
  13. Continuous iteration and evolution of design approaches to learn from customers.
  14. Close collaboration with developers to ensure designs match standards.
Requirements:
  1. 2-5 years of design experience.
  2. Demonstrates great work ethic and positive attitude.
  3. Effective communication of ideas and designs to end users and product teams.
  4. A strong advocate for user-centered design in all products.
  5. Familiarity with best practices for information architecture and design, as well as knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
  6. Experience designing UX for complex workflows for technical customers.
  7. Pays close attention to quality and detail.
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  9. Ability to prioritize tasks and goals independently.
  10. Capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Proficiency in designing and prototyping with tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or commensurate experience.
  2. Responsive Web Design experience, preferably using Figma to interact with visual design.
  3. Experience with HTML and CSS.
  4. Previous experience in designing Contact Center Applications would be an advantage.
Skills & Attributes for Success:
  1. UX Design experience and familiarity with Figma, as well as experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
  2. Strong understanding of brand, visual language, and digital design projects using design processes and advanced methods.
  3. Experience in developing complete UX/UI design systems; navigation, UI components, and/or UX/UI design guidelines.
  4. Solid understanding of crafting usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale.
  5. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for entire digital environments.
