Future Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Trainee to join our Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop qualification documents and participate in validation/qualification activities for equipment.
• Develop operational documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in commissioning and installation activities for production equipment.
• Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM) and calibration activities/tasks as per manual to upload in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Conduct training activities and train staff accordingly.
• Develop Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)-related documents such as machinery safety risk assessment, workplace risk assessment, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and operational standard works.
• Train and execute maintenance programs for production machines as Site Maintenance Program.
• Train and execute calibration programs for production machines as Site Calibration Program.
• Identify areas of improvement and resolve them.
• Check machine manuals and develop critical spare part lists as per business/EHS quality criticality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer/application usage such as ERP/CMMS.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Up-to-date CV clearly mentioning degree name, field of study/specialization, year of graduation completion, final CGPA/percentage, and city of residence.
• Availability to join from August 2025.
