Main Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating efficiently.
  2. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Ensure smooth coordination between the front desk and service team to enhance the guest experience.
  4. Manage reservations, ensuring optimal guest flow and minimizing wait times.
  5. Maintain accurate guest records and provide personalized service for returning guests.
  6. Assist in promoting special events, offers, and loyalty programs to guests.
  7. Stay informed about menu offerings and offer suggestions or information to guests as needed.
  8. Ensure a pleasant dining environment by checking on guests and addressing any additional requests they may have.
  9. Collaborate with the team to maintain service standards and create a positive atmosphere.
