Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth coordination between the front desk and service team to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage reservations, ensuring optimal guest flow and minimizing wait times.
- Maintain accurate guest records and provide personalized service for returning guests.
- Assist in promoting special events, offers, and loyalty programs to guests.
- Stay informed about menu offerings and offer suggestions or information to guests as needed.
- Ensure a pleasant dining environment by checking on guests and addressing any additional requests they may have.
