Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to coordinate and facilitate the expansion of our client base. As the front face of the company, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an effective sales strategy and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.

The primary objective is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and fostering strong relationships with clients.

This role requires working within the UK/USA Region, adhering to respective business hours while based at our office.

To succeed in this position, you must have sales experience working in the Software industry for US/UK Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients primarily in US/UK and convert these opportunities into increased business.
  • Identify potential clients, research their decision-makers, and build relationships.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills to handle objections and clarify agreements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Track and record account activity to close deals and meet targets.

Job Specifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Development Manager/Sales Executive or a relevant role.
  • Proven experience in Business Development in the Software Industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Sales force).
  • Demonstrable experience in high-level negotiations.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good connections with existing clients in US/UK.
  • Experience of Software Sales in the US/UK region.
