The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the HR function across multiple brands, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, compliance, training, performance management, and culture building.

Talent Management:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for corporate and restaurant-level positions.
Employee Support:
  • Promote a positive work culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
HR Administration:
  • Maintain up-to-date HRMIS records and personnel documentation.
  • Generate HR dashboards and reports for executive decision-making.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of progressive HR experience; experience in hospitality/F&B preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to lead across multiple brands or business units.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.
