Process Improvement and Optimization Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with department leads to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to implement changes.
Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and consistency across teams, as well as assisting with the setup and management of workflow automations using tools like HubSpot and Zapier. You will also be responsible for tracking, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows to enhance team productivity.
This role requires strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, and experience working with HubSpot and Zapier. You should be highly organized, curious, and resourceful, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with department leads to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to implement changes.
- Create and maintain SOPs to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
- Assist with setting up and managing workflow automations using tools like HubSpot and Zapier.
- Track, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows to enhance team productivity.
