Director of Postgraduate Education

The Medical College aims to develop clinical competence in community settings and hospitals, as well as the assessment of health and prevention of disease in communities through primary health-care programmes.
This role requires a Master's in Business Administration or any other relevant field. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organisational and planning skills.
You will be responsible for the overall management, development, and implementation of the graduate programs. This includes coordinating the recruitment and admissions process, innovating the interview process, organising orientation sessions, facilitating the development of assessment tools, ensuring that the system of merit is followed, and providing a platform for students to present their research work.
You will also lead the functions of the Directorate of Graduate Studies and advise the Director of Graduate Studies in formulating and achieving strategic goals. This includes collaborating and communicating with program teams, conducting internal and external reviews, implementing recommendations, strengthening assessment of knowledge, skills and attributes, and equipping students with state-of-the-art information technology.
