Job Title: Finance and Operations Expert

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions for key financial and operational roles.

As a principal functional consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Traveling to client sites as needed to address their needs and optimize system functionalities.
  • Gathering and documenting functional requirements from clients.
  • Implementing and deploying Dynamics 365 modules and customizations.
  • Scoping and estimating projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Performing fit-gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing post-live training and support to clients.
  • Conducting quality assurance and testing to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements:
  • AACCA/CA/MBA/Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance and SCM foundation of MS Dynamics 365 FnO.
  • Hands-on experience in mapping and configuring client business requirements into MS Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent business communication and leadership skills, able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the team's knowledge base and Dynamics 365 experience.
  • Minimum three end-to-end ERP implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Sure Step implementation methodology.
  • Certifications in relevant module or additional certifications are a plus.
