Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve aggressive sales targets for various enterprises. This role requires a proven track record of success in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business enterprises and their customers.

The Sales Manager is responsible for:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish and monitor sales goals for the team, ensuring they are aligned with each enterprise's objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness with the sales team.

Sales Team Management
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.

Qualifications
To be successful as a Sales Manager, you should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
