Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to oversee financial management in our agricultural and livestock sector. The role involves developing a master template for cash recording, reconciliation, and reporting, as well as ensuring accurate inventory receipts and issuance records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a comprehensive master template for cash recording, reconciliation, and reporting in accordance with existing practices.
  2. Record all cash transactions, including date-wise, crop-wise, type of labor, labor count, acreage, and other relevant information.
  3. Perform daily cash reconciliations for petty cash and operational payments at the farm site.
  4. Verify supporting documents for all cash transactions and ensure due approvals are obtained.
  5. Maintain close coordination with the cashier and local team to compile hardcopy filing and archiving for documentation and audit trail purposes.
  6. Ensure complete records of crop harvesting and dispatch are maintained, including date-wise, crop-wise, accepted quantity, rate, and by-product details.
Requirements
  • A professional certification in accounting (CA or ACCA) with 4-5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance operations in agriculture/livestock sectors.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and strong MS Excel skills.

Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.
