As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of branding strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in cross-functional roles, with a proven track record in brand management and innovation projects. They will also possess excellent knowledge of the beverage category and strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement branding strategies to increase brand recognition and drive sales growth.
- Lead creative development to motivate customers to take action and build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with supply chain and category development teams to ensure product availability and consumer demand.
- Understand the in-store environment and contribute to category strategy to influence pricing and promotional strategies.
- Partner with communication agencies to enhance the company's image as a trusted leader.
- Measure and report campaign performance, assess ROI and KPIs, and plan and lead weekly sales-driven activities.
- At least 6 years of cross-functional experience in brand management and innovation projects.
- Excellent knowledge of the beverage category.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager.
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Courage and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with numbers.
