Global Mobility Expertise

Mobility experts play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth onboarding and relocation of global employees, ensuring seamless cross-border transitions and immigration compliance.

The mobility team is dedicated to building a worldwide talent community, providing extensive immigration and relocation assistance to clients and employees. This enables the organization to secure top global talent while managing risk and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

With a focus on compliance, process improvement, and stakeholder communication, mobility experts collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to provide seamless transitions for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery.
  • Monitor and control products and services for immigration compliance.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop in-house immigration services to increase revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
  • Maintain current knowledge of immigration law and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Handle escalations, determine when senior review is required, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
  • Advise on travel needs, counsel on immigration processes, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases.
  • Manage case statuses using case management and billing systems.
  • Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses for complex client cases.

Mobility experts work autonomously, taking ownership of day-to-day tasks, and proactively improve processes through automation and documentation. They thrive in fast-paced environments, maintaining composure under pressure, and excel in collaborative settings with diverse teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles.
  • Understanding of immigration procedures and processes involved in ensuring immigration compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and maintain high performance during peak periods.
  • Flexible, adaptable team player who can respond to evolving priorities.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with excellent communication across diverse client bases.
  • Interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws and developing expertise.
  • Remote and asynchronous work experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
