Job Title: Freelance Bidder

We are seeking a skilled and proactive freelancer to identify and bid on relevant projects posted on various online job platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze job postings on multiple platforms to identify suitable projects.
  • Create compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate by understanding client needs and presenting services effectively.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify project details and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and capabilities.
  • Track bid submissions, follow-ups, and responses in a systematic manner.
  • Provide regular updates on bid status and outcomes to the management team.
  • Develop strategies to improve bidding success and client acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bidding for projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered.
  • Able to write persuasive and customized proposals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using project management and CRM tools.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content writing projects.
  • Background in IT services or a related field.
  • Knowledge of different pricing strategies and negotiation techniques.
