Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Sourcer to join our sales team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth.

The successful Sourcer will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of sales candidates across multiple roles and departments. This involves utilizing social media networks to source potential candidates, reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen them, and collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters to identify the requirements for each position.

You will also need to create compelling recruiting messaging, follow up with candidates, log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System, and measure and report on recruiting metrics.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber sales candidates for multiple roles across various departments
  • Utilize social media networks to seek and connect with potential candidates
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team to identify each position's requirements and source candidates to match those requirements
  • Create engaging recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates
  • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Measure and report on recruiting metrics
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sourcer
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Advanced sourcing training is a plus, i.e., Boolean Search, LinkedIn, AIRS certification
  • College degree preferred
