This role plays a vital part in keeping operations smooth, secure, and trusted. As a Payment Analyst, you'll be part of the Settlements & Disputes department, ensuring every financial adjustment is backed by thorough checks and ownership.
- Manual Adjustment Processing: Handle and post adjustments across various financial transactions.
- Negative Balance Recovery: Assist recovery agents in investigating and resolving negative balances.
- Anomaly Investigation: Identify and resolve unreconciled entries with support from relevant teams.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with teams such as Settlements and Customer Experience.
- Risk Flagging: Escalate high-risk issues and suggest mitigation plans to leadership.
- Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records, memos, SLAs, and processing manuals of all given tasks.
- Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
As a Payment Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
