About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our local market strategy in Pakistan. As Country Manager, you will be responsible for launching and executing growth initiatives, building a high-performing sales team, and overseeing all local hiring.

Your Mission:

You will be the driving force behind our local strategy, leveraging your expertise in the FX world to drive business growth and build something meaningful from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute local market strategy to meet Tier 1 growth targets
  • Lead a local sales team that reflects Pakistan's unique trading dynamics
  • Oversee all local hiring across departments with final decision authority
  • Act as primary liaison with top IBs, clients, and regional stakeholders
  • Evaluate market presence through direct outreach, event visibility, and strategic partnerships

Your Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in the Forex or multi-asset brokerage space (minimum 5 years), including sales, operations, or senior commercial leadership
  • Proven success leading sales teams and delivering against ambitious KPIs such as wallet net deposits, FTDs, and conversion rates
  • Strong local network of IBs, partners, and traders, with a visible reputation in the market
  • Deep understanding of Pakistan's financial regulatory landscape, cultural dynamics, and client behaviors in the retail trading space
  • Hands-on management style, strong communication and negotiation skills, and commercial ownership mindset
  • Willingness to reside in Islamabad or spend a minimum of 6 months per year in the local market to ensure visibility and market traction
  • Fluency in English and Urdu, both verbal and written, with additional regional dialects a plus
