Software Development Lead

As an Associate Software Architect, you will lead the design effort on a variety of products/projects in a highly collaborative, dynamic environment. Your responsibilities include working closely with product, marketing, and other engineering teams to deliver solutions.
Key aspects of this role include designing creative software solutions to address healthcare market problems, making technical standards choices, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Strong analytical skills are required to ensure both high-level and detailed understanding of the projects.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and assist in delivering solutions.
Develop appropriate software architectures for server-side and client-side solutions to meet proposed requirements.
Create high-level product specifications and design documents that guide development teams.
This role requires strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and leadership qualities. Key qualifications include:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or relevant fields.
Extensive experience in software development and project management.
Solid understanding of various programming tools and development platforms.
Able to identify technology trends, open-source projects, and implement suitable solutions.
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, deployment, and operational aspects is desirable.
