Private Label Ecommerce Financial Professional

Seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as hands-on experience with Ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and accounting software such as Dynamics 365, Tally ERP, or QuickBooks. Key responsibilities include financial analysis, ledger management, expense tracking, subscription calculations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
  2. Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger entries for all financial transactions.
  3. Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses related to Ecommerce Private Label operations, verifying accuracy and allocating costs appropriately.
  4. Subscription Calculations: Calculate and manage subscriptions paid by the company, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
  5. Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports and statements on a regular basis, summarizing key financial information for decision-making purposes.
  6. Ecommerce Platform Experience: Utilize proficiency in Shopify to manage financial transactions, inventory, and sales data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  7. Accounting Software Skills: Use accounting software such as Dynamics 365, Tally ERP, or QuickBooks to record and reconcile financial transactions efficiently.
  8. Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial records and reports.
  9. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
