Bioprocessing Consultant

This Technical Development Manager position will develop and implement APJ-wide processes and toolboxes that enhance regional expertise, build self-sufficiency, and scale strategic technical capabilities to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local FAS teams to provide deep technical expertise for pre- and post-sales support activities
• Support the resolution of PUR product complaints raised by local teams
• Ensure Salesforce.com adoption for metrics aligned with the PUR BU
• Lead Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives to enhance technical engagement

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences; Master's or PhD preferred
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Downstream Purification within the Biotech, Biologics, and/or Biopharmaceutical industries in a technical capacity
• Deep knowledge of downstream process development, scale-up, and cGMP production workflows; large-scale column packing experience with POROS highly preferred
• Strong English communicator, proven cross-cultural influencing skills in Asia Pacific region
