Job Summary

As a senior software architect, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical design solutions. This will serve as a blueprint for the implementation team to follow.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. You will participate in all phases of project development, including presales, user experience design, sprint planning, development, and delivery.
  2. During user experience design, you will provide valuable input and review wireframes from a technical perspective.
  3. You will create necessary artifacts to guide the development team before actual work begins.
  4. The Solutions Design Document will outline the necessary information for the development team.
  5. Throughout the development phase, you will ensure that the design is followed and any changes are documented.
  6. You will also review the work produced by the development team.
  7. You will provide training to developers and be the primary point of contact for stakeholders and the team on technical matters.

Requirements

  1. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science from a reputable institution.
  2. At least 10 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development, preferably with Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native.
  3. Familiarity with native build tools such as XCode and Gradle.
  4. Understanding of REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage mechanisms.
  5. A minimum of 4 years of experience making important architecture and design decisions, including data modeling, application of design patterns, and use of third-party components.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
  7. Proven experience in software engineering and architecture design, with a deep understanding of coding languages, operating systems, and databases.
  8. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for this role.
  9. Effective communication with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and software vendors involved in the development process is crucial.
  10. You must be able to analyze potential risks that may cause technical issues and impede business operations.
  11. Able to work with third-party dependencies and debug dependency conflicts.
