UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled and driven UI/UX Designer to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Figma, a strong sense of creativity, and the ability to lead and mentor junior resources effectively.

This role combines design execution with mentorship responsibilities, requiring a talented individual who can balance creativity, performance, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging UI/UX layouts and experiences for web and mobile platforms using Figma
  • Create visually appealing social media graphics, carousels, and reels for brand communication
  • Work collaboratively with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive branding and usability
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Train and mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews, and build internal design capability
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and apply best practices in UI/UX design
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Hands-on experience with social media design including Instagram/Facebook posts, reels, and carousels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and autonomy
  • Prior experience or interest in training/mentoring team members is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
