Job Description

The Digital Optimization Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and improving clients' websites to enhance their online visibility. This involves reviewing and making changes to ensure proper keyword implementation, as well as collaborating with internal teams to track and improve search engine rankings.

Main Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ethical SEO techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to test and implement various digital marketing strategies to enhance client site optimization.
- Conduct thorough website reviews through detailed documentation, identifying areas for improvement and change relative to digital optimization, and communicate findings to clients via conference calls or meetings.
- Develop compelling content that incorporates strategic key phrase placement to maximize indexing, ranking, click-through, and conversion opportunities.
- Implement different strategies such as keyword adjustments, header tag updates, content modifications, and editorial improvements to meet clients' online objectives and desired organic search positions.

Key Requirements

Skills: Analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, knowledge of digital marketing principles, ability to work in a team environment, problem-solving skills, understanding of search engine algorithms, ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; experience in digital marketing, preferably in SEO; knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools; familiarity with content management systems (CMS); ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
