This is a challenging staff position within the Customer Support Group that requires an individual with technical expertise to ensure continuity of systems and services for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical support and installation services at customer sites are provided by this role.
  2. The applicant must have experience in electrical, electronics, cabling, and installation work.
  3. Ensuring the continuity of systems at customer sites is essential.
  4. Our software and hardware products are installed at customer sites.
  5. Issues with products at customer sites need to be resolved.
  6. A well-organized individual who pays close attention to detail is required.
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest products through company trainings is necessary.
  8. Ability to work without supervision is essential.
  9. Meeting expectations for attendance and punctuality is crucial.
  10. Working after office hours when required is necessary.
  11. Traveling to other cities for work is a requirement.
  12. Persons with own motorcycles will be preferred.
Compensation Package:

Basic Salary Range: PKR 18,000 – PKR 25,000 (Depending on Qualification & Experience)
