Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Preventive Maintenance Planner to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and efficiency of production equipment and utilities.
  • Plan and execute corrective maintenance for production machines and utility units, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal resource utilization.
  • Conduct factory acceptance tests for new equipment and oversee installation and commissioning processes to guarantee smooth operation.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff, assigning workloads and schedules to optimize resource allocation and foster a culture of safety and efficiency.
  • Educate staff on complex maintenance activities and standard operating procedures, emphasizing adherence to safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
  • Manage the Mechanical section, encompassing installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment, as well as inventory management of essential parts and materials.
  • Develop, interpret, and implement policies, procedures, and documentation related to maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain and update records, files, maps, and documents to facilitate efficient decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective preventive maintenance plans.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and educate team members.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, with the ability to develop and implement compliant policies and procedures.
