About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
  3. Design Development: Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  4. Timely Delivery: Oversee project timelines and quality control.
  5. Industry Stays: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
  6. Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably with large-scale projects.
  3. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
  4. Understanding: Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
  5. Skillset: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Portfolio: Portfolio showcasing previous work on significant projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Seniority Level: Experience working with top-tier architectural firms.
  2. Knowledge: Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building certifications.
  3. Manageability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
