
Customer Service Team Lead

They will be responsible for managing daily operations of our customer service teams, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints, and maintaining accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:- Resolve Customer Queries: Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Spare Parts Management: Arrange and procure spare parts for service centers as required.
- Sales Return Verification: Verify and approve product sale return notes to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Staff Incentives: Prepare and verify incentives for CSD staff and SVC staff.
- Software Training: Conduct training sessions for new staff members on software usage.
- Weekly Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings with CSD to evaluate pending complaints and discuss resolutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to inform, assist, and advise customers effectively.
- Listening Skills: Strong listening skills to understand customer requirements accurately.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Develop creative solutions to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Leadership Skills: Motivate and lead a team of customer service assistants to achieve excellent customer service standards.
