Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee payroll processes, ensure accuracy and approve calculations after verification.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage relationships with banking partners as an approver for salary disbursement.
  2. Lead audits of financial statements, sales, and operational expenses to ensure transparency.
  3. Verify and review the audit report prepared by the team for final approval by management.
  4. Analyze cost structures and develop pricing strategies for high-value tenders to maximize score.
  5. Optimize resource allocation and manage inventory processes efficiently.
  6. Review and finalize management information reports providing strategic insights for decision-making.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through regular submissions.
  8. Provide advanced financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business growth.
  9. Train team members to assume critical responsibilities and provide guidance on escalated issues.
