Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Analyzing in-process and finished product samples to ensure quality.
  • Recording and analyzing data from laboratory tests.
  • Performing calculations and statistical analyses of data to support Manufacturing, Validation, and Product Development operations.
  • Supporting equipment and process validations to maintain laboratory efficiency.
  • Training personnel in the use of laboratory equipment and methods to enhance skills.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for

  • Validating QC Analytical Laboratory methods to ensure accuracy.
  • Performing preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment to maintain optimal performance.
  • Receiving, logging-in, and distributing samples for further analysis to facilitate testing.
  • Preparing and standardizing chemical solutions to meet laboratory requirements.
  • Cleaning laboratory glassware and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.

This position requires the ability to

  • Carry out routine tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform a limited number of repetitive laboratory tests to produce reliable and precise data.
  • Follow strict methodology to carry out analyses and ensure quality results.
  • Prepare specimens and samples for testing and analysis.
  • Construct, maintain, and operate standard laboratory equipment to support laboratory operations.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

The job specification includes laboratory-based tasks, such as sampling, testing, measuring, recording, and analyzing results. The selected candidate will provide all the required technical support to enable the laboratory to function effectively, while adhering to correct procedures and health and safety guidelines.

Our organization offers competitive salary ranges, estimated to be between PKR 800,000 and PKR 1,200,000 per year, depending on experience.
