Job Title: Accounts Receivable ManagerDescription:

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the accounts receivable function across multiple group companies.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of accounts receivable professionals.
  • Able to work effectively with remote country finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management and Leadership:

  • Manage a team of accounts receivable professionals.
  • Lead and motivate a team.
  • Coordinate with country finance teams (remotely).

Accounts Receivable Operations:

  • Co-ordinate AR activities across multiple group companies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Monitor and report aged debt, reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
  • Resolve customer disputes and discrepancies.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyse and reconcile accounts receivables accounts, identifying discrepancies.
  • Prepare and review financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closings.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Develop and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivables function metrics.
  • Adhere to internal controls and SOP compliance.

External Collaboration and Support:

  • Liaise with country finance teams.
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss AR performance and address concerns.
  • Arrange data for external audits and regulatory compliances.
