We are seeking an experienced AI Program Delivery Lead to spearhead the successful delivery of advanced AI initiatives.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of AI programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

Based in Hyderabad, this dynamic leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and business units to translate innovative ideas into impactful solutions that revolutionize content creation, personalization, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML programs, ensuring quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements are met.
  • Translate strategic business priorities into actionable AI projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Establish robust governance frameworks to monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5+ years focused on AI/ML or data-driven programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI/ML initiatives in enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
