Job Title: Advanced 3D Game Programmer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled developer to create engaging games for various platforms based on the Unity framework. Key responsibilities include implementing game functionality, translating design ideas into a functional and immersive experience.

Skill Requirements:
Develop games primarily using the Unity engine; proficiency in AR, VR, and MR is a plus. Develop clean, well-documented code in C# while addressing challenges unique to mobile development. Strong understanding of OOP principles. Effective communication with developers, artists, and project managers. Self-starter with high ownership levels. Strong team player. Implement game functionality according to communicated design. Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience with the Unity engine using C#. Full understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Clean, efficient, and well-documented code practices. Experience working on Hyper-Casual games. Proficiency in Unity's built-in features and third-party plugins. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
