Dental Surgery Assistant Job
**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Surgery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting doctors and students during dental procedures, including preparing patients for treatment and providing necessary materials and instruments.

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dental unit, ensuring that all equipment and inventory are in good working order.

  • Calling for assistance from biomedical technicians or administrative staff when necessary to rectify equipment malfunctions or other issues.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient flow.

  • Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring that patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
