Job Title: Social Media Manager and Business Developer

Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve the company's goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
  2. Campaign Development: Develop and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase the company's online presence.
  3. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies into the overall marketing plan.
  5. Business Development: Research and identify potential business partners and clients, and pitch the company's products or services to them.
  6. Proposal Development: Assist with the development of business proposals and presentations.
  7. Industry Events: Attend industry events and networking functions to cultivate relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in social media management and business development.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
