Job Description:

The Strategic Operations Lead will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and overseeing daily operations. This includes managing HR, marketing, sales recruitment, and conflict resolution while ensuring efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Management: Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new talent.
  2. Employee Relations and Performance: Develop and implement employee relations strategies, performance management plans, and align recruitment needs.
  3. Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with marketing to ensure operational capabilities align with marketing goals.
  4. Process Optimization: Optimize processes to support the sales team in lead generation and client management.
  5. Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and maintain high client relations standards.
  6. Operational Management: Manage daily operations across various teams, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to implement company-wide strategies.
  8. KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor KPIs, create reports, and evaluate operational performance.
  9. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and provide mediation solutions for smooth workflows.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  3. Skills: Ability to manage HR, marketing, and sales departments effectively.
  4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  5. Recruitment Experience: Experience in recruitment and performance management.
  6. Remote Team Management: Familiarity with remote team management and digital tools.
