Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to lead onboarding processes, manage client service delivery, and oversee accounting operations for assigned accounts.

Main Accountabilities
  • Implement onboarding plans for new and existing client accounts, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient service delivery.
  • Review and analyze client financial data, reports, and key deliverables to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage revenue recognition, journal entries, cash receipts, and related transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee bill pay processes, including invoice coding, approval workflows, and vendor payments to ensure timely and efficient payment processing.
  • Address urgent client accounting and finance-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Recommend system and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure timely reconciliations and accurate financial reporting during month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Supervise payroll transactions, expense reports, and cost allocations for assigned clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience managing full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
