Caregiving Professional

Support Roles:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate professionals to join our dedicated team of support staff.

The successful applicants will work closely with individuals who have sensory impairments, learning disabilities, and associated physical disabilities. This role is a fixed-term contract due to end in August 2026, working 3 days per week - Monday to Friday 9.15am - 4.15pm.

This role involves providing person-centered care to meet communication, information, and mobility needs through the development of individualized learning plans. The goal is to reduce isolation and encourage community involvement and participation in various activities.

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with learners to achieve their long-term goals identified in their Individual Learning Plans and social care programs. You will also be required to support individuals with their personal care needs. No prior experience or qualifications are necessary for this post, as full training will be provided.
